Faith

Faith

Faith is simply trust in God. An amount as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, said Jesus. Yet 'without faith it is impossible to please God.' Let us pray for more faith therefore. This original in Winsor Newton ink uses a Pictish knotwork design and script from the Lindisfarne Gospels.

Celtic Blessing

Celtic Blessing

The 'Go n-éiri an bóthar leat', which translates as 'May Your Journey be Successful' in Gaelic is a ancient Irish blessing attributed to St Padraig or Patrick. Traditionally a blessing like this is hung in an entrance porch or hallway so that it is the first and last thing visitors to the home see.

Trust

Trust

This framed and glazed print from a 2014 original combines the Biblical wisdom of Proverbs 3:5-6 and the creative beauty of Celtic knotwork and calligraphy. This beautiful verse from the Book of Wisdom serves to remind us to trust God with all our heart and, no matter what society may tell us, not to rely on our own, limited view. For we, like a mouse in the undergrowth, see only a part; God, like the hawk high above the fields, sees it all.

Hope

Hope

Also from a 2014 original, this poignant verse from the book of Lamentations, has been such a source of strength and comfort for so many through the dark times. Written as a cry from the heart upon seeing his beloved Jerusalem sacked by the Babylonians, the prophet Jeremiah knew that place of utter despair and desolation. Yet he could still hold onto hope, because he knew that, despite everything, God is faithful.

Prayer for Scotland

Prayer for Scotland

A blessing for beautiful Scotland, country of contrasts with the rugged highland, the whispering glen (valley), majestic ben (mountain) and shimmering loch (lake). Taken from an original work in ink and pastels, featuring a prayer for Scotland, the Saltire and triskele in a Celtic knotwork border, this framed print would make a beautiful gift for all, near or far, who love Hibernia.

Prayer for England

Prayer for England

A prayer for England, country of many peoples under one flag; a land of fells, moors and lakes, forests, meadows and beaches; of ancient rights and tradition; dynamism and diversity. A great gift for all who love fair Albion.

Prayer for Cymru

Prayer for Cymru

A prayer for the land of mountains and valleys, protector of the Christian faith following the fall of the Roman Empire; a land of beauty, passion and song: the land of Cymru.
